You can also place a layer of shingle or woodchip over this if required.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>On existing plants &#8211; just work into the top soil level and water in.\u00a0 (it&#8217;s a good idea to use this\u00a0under\u00a0other mulch&#8217;s such as woodchips on existing trees.)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Using as transplanting Moss:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Line your newly dug hole with some Magic Mulch.<\/li>\n<li>Place your plant in the hole<\/li>\n<li>Put some moss\/soil mix about the roots, and around the top.<\/li>\n<li>Water thoroughly after planting.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Using as Curly Leaf Suppressant:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It has been brought to our attention that Magic Mulch suppresses curly leaf when placed in the hole at the time of planting, and around the top as tree mulch.<br \/>\nYour feedback on this is most welcome.
